How do I sign up as a creator?
Visit our registration page and select "Creator" as your account type. You can connect your social accounts and start applying to campaigns immediately after verifying your profile.
How does escrow payment protection work?
When a business approves a creator for a campaign, the payment is held in escrow by Stripe. Once the creator delivers the agreed content and the business approves it, the funds are released to the creator minus platform fees.
What are the platform fees?
SocialBrandMatch charges a small commission on completed campaigns. Business accounts pay a service fee on campaign spend, and creators pay a reduced fee on earnings. See our pricing page for current rates.
How do I verify my social accounts?
Go to your profile settings, click "Connect" next to a social platform, and authorize via OAuth. You can also verify ownership by adding a unique link to your social bio.
How long does it take to get paid?
Once a campaign deliverable is approved, funds are released from escrow. Payouts to your connected Stripe account typically arrive within 2-5 business days depending on your bank.
Can I run multiple campaigns at once?
Yes! Business accounts can create and manage multiple active campaigns simultaneously. Creators can also apply to and work on multiple campaigns at the same time.
